After at least 5 different quotes from companies, you really learn a lot about windows, cost and sales reps. Ultimately, Service, Price and Quality in that order is why I went with Ben / US Energy Windows. Ben was Super! and is the really why we pulled the trigger on a total window replacement on our home. He was very knowledgeable on the product, non pressure and patient. This is a BIG purchase and you want it to be done right!I can't tell you how many times I would request new quotes from Ben because I changed my mind on different window choices.The installation process is critical! and the US ENERGY WINDOW team did a great job installing all 37 windows. We went from white builder grade aluminum windows from 20 years ago to Clay vinyl windows.What a big difference! I would highly recommend if you are in the market for windows, to call US ENERGY WINDOWS for a quote.

My experience with US Energy Windows and Doors was over and above expectations from the initial consultation with Ben to the installer and team led by Steve F. Ben understood exactly what my vision was and tailored the custom sliding doors to accomplish it. What impressed me the most was Ben’s upfront professional and transparent consultation and realistic expectation setting. His response time was unmatched as I know I wasn’t his only client but he made me feel like I was. Lastly, the installer, Steve F. was awesome. His communication was on point and his execution of the project from the install to clean up was unrivaled. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the finished product and results.

Ben our salesman was always there for us when we had questions etc. the installation crew are just awesome! They were conscientious and did a fantastic job! Even cleaned up the floors when they were done! I highly recommend this company! Our windows are beautiful and already we can feel the temperature difference in the house!

All around an amazing experience. If I could give them ten stars I would! Ben was very patient with me and walked me through everything. The first time he came to my house I think he was there for almost three hours making sure I had all my questions answered and didn’t rush me when comparing the different styles of the frames. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does. I had at least 6 people give me bids, and no one’s customer service was even close to Ben’s. When walking me through the contract he made sure to go through the contract cover to cover and didn’t rush me. When the doors were ordered he gave me weekly check ins and told me what to expect. He made sure I had the best of the best to install my doors. When my doors were being installed he personally stopped by to check in on me. After my doors where installed he made sure that I was happy and walked me through step by step to sign up for my warranty. If you want the best of the best contact Ben!

US energy and windows and doors are professionals their. crew arrived on time and complete the job when said they would and left the area clean. management is very responsive and called after the job was completed to make sure that we were satisfied with the job that was done. we have I had two different doors put in by US energy windows and doors and two windows and we are pending putting in a third door with two more windows I look forward to doing business with them again as I said they are professionals and experts in their field

Hector and his crew were amazing. They showed up early ready to go to work. They removed the old windows carefully to preserve both exterior and interior cleaning up as they went. Installation of the new windows and doors was done with precision and care using caulking to seal every crevice. After washing and polishing the glass They walked me through the entire project. We tested each window and door together as they explained the special features of each one making sure I understood and could replicate their directions. The crew was friendly, neat, and professional taking extra care during this time of COVID 19 to wear masks and practice social distance. We love our new windows and doors!

We order our window about 3 months ago and they came in quickly but we didn't let them install until this weekend because of COVID-19.The installers were amazing and very friendly with answering our questions. After the the windows were installed they made sure we understood how they worked. The installation was very professional and our house looks amazing. I will recommend this company to everyone I know.
